If you can’t come to our store to try on a hat, the courier will bring you a choice of several hats from which you can choose yourself or your loved ones and buy right away.
   You can order 2-3 caps for one person.
   For two people, you can order up to five hats.
   If you want to buy several caps or order for a team of several people, then call, we will agree on the number of caps for fitting.
   Courier delivery in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road: 300 rubles.
   Delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road costs 300 rubles + 15 rubles / kilometer (we round up to one hundred rubles upwards).

How to place an order for courier delivery

If you are in another city, we can send you the headgear that you selected in your post office in a package. We ship all orders by Russian Post, the shipping cost is the same in all cities of Russia. Usually, the dispatch time takes 1-3 days after order approval, by this time you need to add the time of delivery by mail to your city, usually from 3 to 10 days. You can pay for goods by cash on delivery or make an advance payment.

Delivery by cash on delivery through the "Russian Post" - 550 rubles.

   After agreeing on the order, we will mail you the goods. After you receive a notification about the parcel in your inbox, you will need to come to the post office with money and a passport, where you can pick up the parcel by pre-paying it there in the mail.   Attention! If you pay cash on delivery, you will receive a mail transfer fee from the post office, the amount of the fee in different regions is different and ranges from 1 to 8 percent of the order value.

Delivery by Russian Post after full prepayment - 350 rubles.

Inside, you need to invest a complete set and attach a claim in which to indicate the reason for the return and possible options (refund or replacement for another product). Refunds are made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. Parcels sent by cash on delivery are not redeemed.

To avoid deformation of the goods, parcels should be sent in boxes similar to those received.

  • Delivery by courier in Moscow (within the MKAD) - 300 R.  Delivery is usually carried out the day after the order. If the order is placed in the morning, delivery is possible on the same day. Our courier will first call you and then, at the agreed time, arrive at your home or work. If for some reason the ordered hat is not suitable for you, and you decide not to buy it, then the shipping cost must still be paid.

Oh, it’s hard this job - to pick up a decent package for sending hats by Russian Post!

Until now, I did this in a simple mail box, without frills and worried that the package looked unpresentable.

It should be noted that hats have so far been sent simple, without too much decor and flies.

And then another sending of a magnificent flower! Do not mind! I had to come up with custom packaging.

First of all, I found a suitable box 30 x 30 x 30 and a sheet of corrugated cardboard.

Now everything is in order:

I cut off a strip of 120 x 30 cm from the sheet (120x80) (30 cm is the desired dimensions of the box along D-H-W) and drew it into fragments 30 x 30 cm + residues along the edges of 15 cm. In the central square, I drew circles with columns that neatly cut out.

For reliable fastening of the cap I chose a plumbing heater of the largest diameter (building materials to help us):

Now you can do the packing of fragile cargo itself.

The box is ready and assembled (it took a 4-valve, the walls in it are not fixed, so I had to arm myself with tape and close up the joint of the lid). The paper comes in silence. I lay a pair of magically crisp sheets on two opposite walls. The strip with the headband holder should also be wrapped with paper. And the piece of insulation, sandwiched by two round circles was not without paper.

The turn of the cap came. We put it on a firmly standing soft round and fix it with pins on both sides.

Now, the strip with the hat needs to be carefully inserted into the box (I bite the bends slightly, everything bends easily and in the right place).

Remember, when marking, I have 15 cm left from each edge? So they will help fix the entire structure inside the box and will not allow it to move! We bend the remains, notching along the folds.

It remains only to cover the hat with paper and give it to the good and caring hands of the postman. She will complete the job.

Hurrah! The package went to the customer!

Since I did this design for the first time, I am worried, I am waiting for the test results expensive. Moreover, I’m not worried about the packaging itself, but about the quality of the cardboard box. Suddenly get wet?

It was stingy with words, but the photos reflect the sequence of the whole process. She was already engaged in assembly at the post office, having run up from the warehouse, where she got hold of everything necessary. Without a doubt, at home I would have done everything a lot more neatly and would have played with the color of paper and photographed more interestingly, but I had to hurry - it required a debt!

Despite the clumsy presentation, I hope I could convey the essence of the idea.

I think a similar design (slightly modified) can be applied to other fragile objects.
