Previously, copper or silver wire was glued to the glass in various ways, they tried to bring it as close to the surface as possible to prevent the flow of different colors from one limited space to another. It was necessary to wash the fragments, so the drawing process lasted quite a long time. They waited for one color to dry to work with another.

Industrial methods of painting on glass

Using an outline drawing allows you to simultaneously work with multiple colors. The contour in some factories is applied in the form of patterns (Fig. 5). Modern technologies make it possible to facilitate the work of the draftsman. Rather, he acts as a painter of a contour drawing.
