Instructions for returning Avon goods via PickPoint

Before you return an item to Avon, you must package it, for example, in the same box in which the item was received. Put a piece of paper in the box, on which indicate your computer number and return number (received when making a return on the company's website (for more details, see page )) and full name. Write your mobile phone number on the box. You can now place your Avon box in your PickPoint by following the steps below on your PickPoint.

What to do if the return was not included in the PickPoint cell

1 . Press on the screen "RETURN IS NOT PLEDGED", if for some reason you were not able to put the item in the box


2. Next, depending on the reason why the return was not put into the PickPoint cell, do the following:

Reason 1. Click "Need a larger cell" if the shipment did not fit in the previously opened cell. Then click "Open Cell" to automatically open a larger cell

You can easily send a refund through PickPoint parcel terminals at any parcel terminal convenient for you.

1) Prepare the package for shipping:

IMPORTANT! If you would like to return items from more than one package, please pack all items together with the appropriate return statement in ONE plastic bag.

Pack the goods (in original packaging with a barcode) and a completed return application in any suitable package.
Write down the 14-digit parcel identification number - you will need it when sending! The number is indicated in the upper right corner of the return application under the barcode, as well as in electronic notifications about the arrival of the parcel and in your Personal Account on the bonprix website.
Close the bag carefully (for example, with adhesive tape) so that the goods inside are not accessible.

2) On the website or in the PickPoint mobile application, in the "Postamats and pickup points" section, use the "Postamats with return of goods" filter to select the address that is convenient for you.

3) On the postamat screen, select "Receiving / sending orders" - "Return goods".
Click the "Other" button and select our bonprix logo.

4) Enter the phone number to which you will receive an SMS message about the delivery of the package with a return to bonprix.

5) Enter the 14-digit parcel identification number (indicated in the upper right corner of the return application, under the barcode, as well as in email notifications and in your Personal account on the bonprix website).

6) Select one of the reasons for the return indicated on the ATM screen (it may differ from that indicated in the return application, and is needed for PickPoint statistics).

7) Select the appropriate cell size (cell sizes are shown on the ATM screen).

8) Pay for the service in cash or by card. Please note: when paying in cash, the change will be transferred to your account at your request. mobile phone or charitable purposes.

9) Stick a sticker on the package that will print the postamat.

10) Place the package with the returned product in the opened cell.

IMPORTANT! One cell can contain only ONE a package with a sticker pasted by you. Any package placed in a cell ADDITIONALLY no sticker, cannot be identified and accepted for return. PickPoint and bonprix are not responsible for any contents of the cell, except for the sticker pack. If the volume of the returned goods does not allow one package, please EVERY package with return to SEPARATE CELL.

Get a receipt confirming the receipt of the parcel and payment for the service (we recommend that you keep them until your return is received by the addressee).

11) You will learn about the receipt of the parcel with your return to the bonprix warehouse from the SMS message that you will receive at the phone number specified when processing the return.

You can track the status of the returned parcel on the PickPoint website in the "Delivery Monitoring" section and using mobile application pickpoint.

I have known the PickPoint online order delivery service for about a year, during which time I placed an order through PickPoint 6 times, 5 times through a post office and 1 time through pickup points located in Rostelecom stores. Comparing both options, I prefer postamata.

Postamat advantages:

Possibility to pay bank card.

Unlike the parcel terminals in the Rostelecom salon, receiving the parcel in the order of the general queue, and although I was lucky, I know for sure that sometimes they have queues, and payment is also made only in cash, bank cards are not accepted for payment for parcels. Also, be prepared for the fact that the manager will offer you to connect their services, buy a SIM card or insurance.

Through PickPoint, I made delivery from Lamoda, NetPrint, Yves Rocher online stores, all parcels arrived very quickly, in 2-4 days! A complete list of online stores that PickPoint works with can be viewed on the website, in a short list

The parcel can be tracked through the site or through the PickPoint application, but this is not particularly necessary, since the delivery is very fast (I have never used tracking).

Parcels are all intact, clean - no comments.

Receiving a parcel in a post office.

When ordering in the online store, choose the method pickpoint delivery, indicate the address of the postamat, where it is convenient to receive the order, when the parcel is delivered to the postamat, an SMS message arrives on the phone with the receipt code, the amount payable (if any), the shelf life of the order, the delivery address and the work schedule of the postamat. Approach the postamat, press "receive the parcel", enter the receipt code from SMS, pay in cash or by card, in case of payment in cash, the postamat does not issue change, it can be credited to a mobile phone. Next, an arrow will appear on the screen on which side the cell with your order is located, click "receive" and the cell automatically opens, pick up your order, close the cell, return to the post office and collect the receipt. Everything is simple.

I try to pay with a bank card, because once, when paying in cash, I had a problem with the change, the postamat did not want to credit the change to my mobile phone, and since the amount was small - 10 rubles, I did not bother ..

Return of a parcel received via PickPoint

Background. Once I had to process the return of a parcel received through PickPoint at the post office, I was extremely dissatisfied with the return procedure, I returned the sandals, and faced the following problems:

1. I had to stand in line at the post office

2. there were no return boxes, I had to pack in a larger box, and fill the void with crumpled newspaper, which affected the return cost

3. tedious filling of receipts and some papers

4. parcels to the Moscow region had to be sent only with a declared value, in total the return cost me 400 rubles!

I didn’t want to face these problems again, and when there was a need to issue a return again, I decided to do it through the post office.

Let's start with the fact that upon receipt of the order, I happily forgot to pick up the check confirming the payment for the parcel, which is so necessary for the return. I called the free PickPoint number, where they helped me with pleasure and sent a payment confirmation to my e-mail.

The returned goods must be packed in the package in which the order was packed upon receipt, put an application and a receipt there and write a phone number on the package to receive an SMS about the delivery of the return to the store. In the post office, select "return of goods" pay the amount of the return, in my city 250 rubles, a cell opens where we put the package and wait for the return Money.
